Arrival: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to show time, performances will start promptly at start-time indicated. Ticket holders are guaranteed ission until the start of the program; at which time any unclaimed tickets will be released. No refunds will be given for unclaimed tickets. Late seating is up to the discretion of Roulette.
Roulette is unable to offer refunds but can issue patron credit if Roulette is ed 2-hours prior to performance. Convenance fee of $2.50 per ticket will be held by Roulette in order to process credit. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 2 who will sit on a parent or guardian’s lap may receive a complimentary ticket.
Recording: You may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By attending a performance or event, you grant Roulette to use photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in which you appear for archival, documentary, publicity, advertising, or other purposes.
Roulette prohibits still photography and videography from cameras and other recording devices. Unless otherwise specified, non-commercial photography/videography from a mobile phone is allowed, so long as use is discreet, uses no-flash, and phone is on silent.
